Technical specifications subject to change by mutual agreement of Pan Pan and The Presenter

General and Stage Requirements

· Presenter must provide the company with ground plan, sections of the stage and house in scaled format. 1:25 or 1:50.

· Inventories for lighting and sound must also be provided 30 days prior to load in.

· We will need the presenter to provide us with a babysitter for a 10-week-old baby for the time of the performances and rehearsals.

· The company will travel with:
Stage sets, props, video cameras, some lighting equipment (Practicals) and wardrobe.
A cast of eight, a production staff of seven, one baby and one dog.

Production staff include:
· Director
· Set Designer / carpenter
· Lighting Designer / chaperone
· Production Electrician / lighting operator
· Stage Manager
· Sound operator
· Assistant Stage Manager

Stage Dimensions and Requirements

· Black drapes will be needed for masking behind the set to full height of theatre

· Black Velvet Curtains will be needed in front of the performance space. These should open from the middle and be easy to open and close.

· Performance Space is 10m Wide 7.5m Deep.

· Additional wing space is needed for side lighting positions. Min 12m x 8m.

· We need 2 good-sized dressing rooms with showers and laundry facilities.

Lighting

· Lighting requires an overhead grid with 3 side lighting boom positions at either side of the performing area.

· Units: To be agreed with Technical Manager.

· Electronics and Control:

· ETC express console w/ CRT display

· 160 ETC Sensor CE digital dimmers @ 3k with DMX-512 control interface, of which 6 must be non-dimmable.

Sound

· 6 x Speakers in three pairs/ 2 Subs. They should be quality full range speakers. E.g Meyer or Nexo. (2 are positioned upstage/ 2 at the sides with the subs/ 2 are flown front of house centre.)

· 24 Channel desk with 6-8 groups.

· 2 Mini Disk Players

· 1 CD Player

· 1 Reverb Unit

· 3 x 31 Band Graphics (To be inserted across the groups)

· 5x SM 58 Mics

· 3x Lavalier Mics (Omni-directional)

· 3x Mic Stands

· All mics to come with cable.

Audio Visual:

· 7 AV Barco Monitors with BNC cable. The maximum outside measurement for the Monitors should be: 425mm Deep x 465mm High x 590mm Wide

Get in Time

· 2 Days, day before and day of the first show
